I should have a credit on my account but I don't see it?Updated a year ago

Hmm, let's help trouble shoot. 
To start, please log into your account and then navigate to the "Profile" tab. 
Not sure how to do that? Read this article. 


Once you're there, it'll display if you have any credits on your account. It'll look like this:


If you believe you're missing credits, please contact our Customer Service team either by starting a chat or emailing us at [email protected] for Jack Health patients or [email protected] for Jill Health patience.
