Do I need to be home to sign for my order?

Yes! Our products are just for you, which means we want YOU to be the one receiving them. Generally, our carriers they will not drop a package off unless they can be reasonably assured that there is someone there. In the event that you miss your pack

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes! All products ship in discreet and unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the packaging to indicate that it is coming from a pharmacy. Most products are also small enough to fit into your mailbox.

How to I transfer a prescription from you to my local pharmacy?

Please have your pharmacy call our partner pharmacy Monday - Friday 9-5pm EST to coordinate the prescription transfer: 905-291-7970. We are unable to transfer without them contacting us first.
