Do I need to fast before my bloodwork?

No. Fasting is not required. You should drink plenty of water before your appointment to ensure you are hydrated. This will reduce any symptoms of lightheadedness when blood is drawn.

I have recent lab results - can I just send those to you instead of getting new bloodwork done?

Unfortunately we are unable to use existing blood work - we look for very specific things in our tests and we want the most up to date, and therefore accurate results. So, we'll create a new requisition and you'll need to take that to your local lab

I can't find my bloodwork requisition - can you resend?
