How are these tests collected? What happens after?Updated 2 years ago

All of the tests we offer use a blood and/or urine sample for analysis. After you order the testing plan you want — and fill out our short online consultation so we’re sure there’s nothing big that makes you ineligible for treatment — we email you a lab requisition form. This form tells the lab that takes your sample what test to do.

After the sample is analyzed, the lab sends the results to us and our team of specialists looks it over. Once reviewed, they send you a message in your Jack Health or Jill Health account to book a virtual appointment to go over the test results, and what your treatment recommendations are. Simple as that.

If you are signed up to receive your lab results via email directly from the lab, you may receive your results before we receive it. If you want to upload your results you can upload a PDF or JPEG of your results in your medical chat box.
