For weight loss and testosterone replacement therapy, your payment method is required before your consultation is activated. If you are found ineligible for the product you have selected, you will be refunded. 

For our treatments that don’t require a consult, you will be charged for the medication directly upon checkout. If you have an insurance plan, we will provide a refund amounting to your coverage amount once the prescription is processed by the pharmacy.
