How to I get in contact with the medical team or pharmacy team?Updated 5 months ago

Part of the reason we set up Jack and JIll Health is to make it easier for people in Canada to get access to medical professionals when they have questions.
When you make a purchase from us, it means that you are able to chat with our medical and our partner pharmacy when you need help.

If you have questions about
 dosages, side effects, medication interactions and other medical questions, the Medical Chat is the right place to ask them. 

This is also the place to ask about changing medications to a different strength or trying out a new medication to treat an existing issue. 

Simply log into your account (click here for Jack Health and here for Jill Health), navigate to the "Medical Chat" tab, click and enter your question into the medical chat box. We'll review the question and triage it to the right team to help.
