Everyone's insurance coverage is going to be different: depending on your plan and whether you have access to private insurance in the first place.
Generally, if you've provided us with your insurance or drug card information, then we will try to direct bill on your behalf. You would have provided that during your account creation process. If you need to update the information we have on file, please email us.
If you didn't, or would like to submit manually after the order has been placed, you should receive an official prescription receipt with your delivery. You can then upload to your private insurance portal and submit for review.
