If you'd like to pause your subscription (for example you're going away for several weeks) or if you'd like to delay your next shipment, will need to contact us directly to do so.
Please visit our website and click on the chat button, then "Manage my subscription".
You'll be taken through an automated flow to start the process - be sure to let us know if it's for a specific length of time so we can properly change your subscription.
